The deliverable describes the final versions of digital tools, consisting in web-based apps (including web-GIS), maps, analytics dashboards, spreadsheets and decision-making systems. User manual and guidance are included.

Tool’s requirements analysis report

The objective of the activity concerns the development of an ICT tool to support electric mobility planning actions, with particular reference to the local public transport sectors and last mile freight logistics. The development of a Decision Support System (DSS) platform is requested to organize the data available and distributed in the Information Systems that will be made available by the Stakeholders / Partners of the e-SMART project at the level of the Alpine Space.
The DSS enables the extraction and processing in order to transform them into information with high added value for the decisions inherent in the project Roadmap.
The report describes the main feature of the “pilot” tool developed inside e-SMART project. It contains several analyses and hints to support technical approach to data sharing in the complex cooperation among several stakeholders of the private sector and public administration, to plan an effective network for charging e-vehicle for electric last mile logistics and electric local public transport.
Moreover some lessons learned are provided.

Feasibility study report

Based on transnational research of existing data exchange ecosystem, open and smart data platforms, analytics dashboard on e-mobility infrastructure, services, energy grid and consumption, the deliverable will describe technical and economic feasibility of tools. This is the starting point for the definition of the e- SMART toolkit.

Smart Territory Ecosystem Report

The report provides a basic framework delivering on definitions, as well as the building blocks, of both a Smart Territory Strategy and Roadmap. The document aims to facilitate smart mobility and smart energy grids development, in turn facilitating a framework for the enablement of electronic vehicles, both freight and passengers, addressing last-mile issues, standards and interoperability and electronic vehicle charging networks for the Alpine region.
